This work was choosen as one of TOP 5 on HFOS blog- thanks
This heart shaped chocolate box was in my stash for a long time(very common boxes with very plain chocolate)- so the Hearts challenge on Shabby tea room blog was a great time to alter it finally. As it is a red one- I left the bottom as is- red and did the alteration on the lid only using vintage music paper, home store doily, Tim Holtz dies cuts and lots of embellishments. For the techniques :Die cut painting and glittering, double bow and ribbon pleating and I also made my own charms for the cage
For the challenges:
Heart- for Shabby tea room- I got honorable mention there - thanks!!
Box for Paper cubed- I won this one randomly- thanks!!
