Top 10 Mixed Media projects for 2016

This is a last list of my own 2016 favorite projects and this is all about Mixed Media projects.
I love doing Mixed Media things and a lot of them were already print published this year.
So let me show you my own favorites in Steampunk style, Art journal pages and other Mixed Media projects.

First three projects are Steampunk ones and all three were already print published in Just Steampunk! 2016 magazine from Scott publications.

This art piece was print published in one of 2016 Rubber Stamp Madness issues.

This art piece was print published in another 2016 Rubber Stamp Madness issue.

And this stamped art piece was print published in Rubber Stamp Madness during 2016 too.

This Mixed Media door hanger was print published in Just Christmas cards and Decorations! 2016 issue as one of my numerous print published in this issue projects.

And a few non published beloved projects.
Art card I made with Gelly plate  and stamped images.

Flat but totally textured art  journal page.

And this last stamped Mixed Media piece is the summary of my year.
I changed my own world with my own power and I never look back since.

Thanks for  being with me and looking at my own most favorite project.
Happy New Year to you all and see you next year...
Pretty soon...

Top 10 altered projects for 2016

Today I am going to share my favorite 3D  and altered projects made during 2016.
Those are not Mixed Media projects (also some have some Mixed Media touches as I will do a special post for my most favorite Mixed Media projects).

This self made mini album was made as the tutorial for BoBunny Round 1 DT call submission.
And yes- I moved to  Round 2 and made this team.
So for me it's my best of the best!

This  shadow box was made as a part of my BoBunny DT job and I love it a lot!

This self made mini album was made as my DT job for Scrapberry's company- the second paper company I design for this year.

This altered chipboard house was made with a few of my DT companies products: Inspired by Stamping  and Tando and previous DT - Paper House.

This new altered hoop was made with my third paper company I design now- Indian Papericious.

Fancy layered tag made with Prima goodies and a lot of dies.

Hand made clay flowers that were made with Makin's Clay and already print published in a new Winter issue of Craft Ideas as a part of another big project and with full step by step tutorial.

A sample of shabby chick project made with Prima.

This altered planner was made for Canvas Corps CHA 2016 BOOTH and was proudly displayed there.

Embellished clips tutorial with Susan W

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Welcome to my new small tutorial made for Susan K Weckesser's blog.
This time I decided to make something for the planners trend. And as I don't even have a planner, but I do use  small notebooks, I made a few stamped clips for my notebooks as dividers.
So here is my tutorial:
1. Stamp Susan's  houses with her Clearsnap ColorBox mini Pop ink in Mystery color twice using co-branded with Unity Tumbleweed Houses stamp set.

2. Color the houses with Susan's other Clearsnap inks in Fresh, Ice, Sky and Kiss colors and as there is no Susan's yellow ink I used another Clearsnap ink in yellow. Don't try to make the best ever coloring and don't afraid to be out of the lines as we are going to cut the houses later.

3. Cut all colored houses and make them 3d using 3d foam glue.
Glue the house over plastic office clips with strong paper to plastic glue.
Use them!

My Top 10 layouts and photo canvases for 2016

Hello my dear crafty friends!
This is my second post with my own TOP 10 projects.
This time I am going to pick my favorite layouts made this year and I added canvases made with photos to this post as they are actually a kind of layout.
And yes, as I moved to design for more paper companies , this year I scrapped much more and hope to pick ten layouts and not less as it was last year.
So first is a winner. Not my winner; the FaveCrafts public voted winner of the third place in CHA bloggers competition. I am so glad that this piece about me was one of the voted winners and I got some cash for more crafty supplies to get.
Thanks to Scrapmatts for delicious chipboards and to Plaid for great free products  I used.

This canvas is sure one of my own winners.
Made as a part of my Round 2 DT call submission for BoBunny (just to be on Round 2 was already a win for me as this was my very first time to try this big company team). And guess what? I made this team!

And now as  a part of BoBunny team - this is a canvas I made for them and it  will be a part of CHA display  in BoBunny booth.

Pretty layout made with DCVW products I got for my win in their challenges, Die Version  dies and Scrapmatts chipboards (both are my running DT companies).

Layered pastel Winter layout made lately for BoBunny with one of their new collections.

A single masculine page made with Papericious products - one of my new paper  company's DT.

Something I made for DCVW challenges and as always it was showcased in this company's blog.

Mixed Media page made with Scrapmatts products and mostly Prima .
Totally different from my usual kind of a classic scrapbooking style and I like it.

One more of my BoBunny projects made in my " light Mixed Media" style for BoBunny team.

The last, but not the least: my first try on Project Life format that was made for BoBunny Round one submission.
This piece was one of those that moved me to Round 2 and fortunately to the team.

Hope you liked my scrapbooking for 2016 .
See you soon with more of my own favorites.

Scrapmatts Tropical tag

My second project for today is a Tropical tag.
I know that it's a Winter or at least kind of it, where I live. But  in the other half of the world it's Summer and I wanted to make something bright and shiny and warm.
So I made this tag and I am totally happy to see those lovely Scrapmatts flowers and leaves on my double tag here:

I used new Scrapberry's Tropic collection and painted the bare chipboards with Art Anthology different paints.

Scrapmatts December inspiration

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my December inspirational post.
As always I made one layout and two other, smaller projects and this time it's a tag and a notebook cover.
So first the layout I made with my adorable grand daughter photo and DCWV paper stack.
I used a lot  of home  made die cuts, but I felt that I really need some Scrapmatts chipboards to make this layout to stand out.
So I added the Circle mesh background that was painted with black acrylics. Then the Circles were added  on the right side of the page in their " bare" way.

One  Xoxo arrow was painted into black and added on the lower corner. And as you can see the small chipboard circles from the mesh were added as dotted embellishments  all around the page.

The " live every moment" was added on the journalling tag as one of the sayings.

More scrap words were added under the photo as more journalling.

And the last, but not the least- Happy  title was added with the hush tag. So modern, so real, so happy little 3 years old girl!

Product list for Scrapmatts:
Assorted words 28 CB6115
Scrap words 22 CB1236
Circles 02 CB5152
Assorted words 23 CB105
Circle mesh 02 CB5129
Scrap words 32 CB6113

Dream Spring layout with BoBunny

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my Inspirational lo made for BoBunny Media post.
This is my adorable 3 years old grand daughter Netta and it's always so much fun to scrap this funny girl!
So I used the entire BoBunny Bella Rosa collection- cardstock, cardstock stickers, chipboard's, layered stickers, noteworthy die cuts and added some die cuts of butterflies and a bike using BoBunny delicious dies.
Some dots were added with Red glitter paste and BoBunny stencil.
