Let it be- or making over embossed tags with Rubber Dance stamps

This is a tag I made with 4-5 layers of heat embossing just to try this technique and it WORKS!

I used Rubber Dance gorgeous stamp from Celestian images set and added this Let it be sentiment  over my heat embossed surface.  Some leaves fromTwiggy  leaves were also stamped around the focal image. Then I covered it all with another layer of clear embossing powder and embellished with a few pearls.I also used some vintage  book  pages that Bibi from Rubber Dance sent me as one of the inside layers and they are still seen.

Maculine card with Inspired by Stamping

Hello my dear crafty friends! This is my masculine new card made with Inspired by Stamping gorgeous masculine stamp sets.
Masculine cards are very hard to make. You should use  special colors, not to add too many embellishments and to have good stamps.
I think the main point is GOOD STAMPS! And those two sets from IBS are just the best!
I stamped a scene using Masculine tags 2 set with brown ink and clear embossing powder over it and die cut it with IBS Fancy  Labels 2 die set.
Then I added another die cut- bigger - to make the stamped image matting.
Then I stamped the sentiment in the same way using Guy Sentiments set and hand cut the shape. Some wooden buttons are the only embellishments on this card.

Got candy? Here is a jar for you

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my last February post made for Two Paper Divas  company.
This time (after I made a wooden coaster, layout and a journal spread) I am going to show you my altered candy jar.

It's a used Jelly jar that was up cycled to this fancy candy one.
I stamped Got Candy? sentiment using TPD Sweet Sentiments set with white heat embossing over the vinyl sticker and added a lot of shiny paint splashes over it. But then I stamped the Candy Jar over the clear transparency with Lollipops stamped over it and painted with the same paints. The whole clear piece was hand cut and glued over the back side of the jar.

A fancy flower, ribbon and white fabric were added to the top and my jar was done.

Make your own print plate with ETI

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my post and this time we will make a tool for our future crafting.
So here we go!
For a long time I wanted to buy a printing plate (aka Gelli Plate). I got one, but it's too big for my small experiments as I am very new to this mono printing skill. So when I first saw ETI Easy Mold Silicone Rubber and understood that it's kind of a soft one after hardening, I thought that it can be a perfect product for a small home made printing plate.
I picked the ETI mold that was a good size for ATC/TAG projects; covered it with a thin layer of Mold Release Conditioner  and let it dry. (Not shown  here as it's a very easy step)
Then I made a mix of both equal parts of Silicone Rubber using ETI measure glass and wooden mixture device. I thought about 3/4'' high plate when it's done and with a help of DH  we picked 100 ml  of each product  for the mix. Bingo! The thickness of a finished plate is just perfect!

After this beauty had a good overnight rest I made small cuts of extras inside the mold with my favorite clay blade. The extras were really minimal and easy to manage.

And with a small help of the same blade- keep your fingers of the blade side- my blue beauty was out.

Now  this was a time to check if it works. As am a new to this mono printing I am sure my prints are totally " out of the blue". But then it WORKS!
And I don't really have good acrylics or  right tools.

Here are some samples of my so called prints.
It's not the plate problem; the plate works great. It's just me waiting too long, not using good paints or good printing paper (I just don't have it yet)

So as you can see we can make our own printing plates with ETI Easy Mold Silicone Rubber. Go for it! Try to make your own plate that fits your art.
I want to thank ETI  and Ann Butler , who made those guest blog post possible!

My cup of tea with IBS

Hello my dear crafty friends! This is my small altered project (kind of a wall deco) made with Tando chipboards, Meg's Garden papers and a lovely Inspired by Stamping  Tea party set.
I covered the chipboards with paper and stamped over the patterned paper. All piece was heat embossed around with gold embossing powder.

Happy day lo

For this lo I used a lot of dies and added masking, misting and some heat embossing too.
I used Tando mask and chipboard letters and Die Versions dies for the gate, God days spot, " leaves" under the hand cut flowers and borders.

First I made the " sun" with texture paste, yellow embossing powder and orange mist. Then I added all strips of paper and added some die cuts in between. I cut out flowers from another paper and those are only flower embellishments I used on this page. The title was heat embossed with the same yellow powder. I added a brown bag under the photo and it's a great place for your hidden journalling or thing you want to keep private.

It's perfect to be square

I am a very square person.I am. I do things by book and as creative as I am, I am always this pretty much normal one that follow all rules and never try to be different.
So this new card is for me!

Yes, I actually made a card for myself to say that it's just perfect to be square.
I stamped 8 circles with Ann Butler's Unity Faux Quilting stamps  and her new Canyon Crafters ink from Clearsnap and punched them to add over this Kraft base. Then I stamped another pattern using Ann's another new ink called Ocean Breeze and punched a square and this is ME there.

The sentiment was made using tiny letter stickers and a small  stamped square and I love this card a lot.

It's all abut life: journal page with TPD

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my Two Paper Divas posting day.
As you already know I am not just a card maker or scrapbooker, but a very versatile stamper. So today I am going to share a double spread journal page made with TPD Life's Little Sayings stamps and those stamp set was so perfect for this page that I used 3!! sayings on the same page.

The page was made in a usual Mixed Media style in the usual Mixed Media journal: lot of layers over the background, fabrics, twine and a lot of gesso were the first layer. Then it was paint- loads of paint and then texture paste with stencils on the corners.

L- rub on- is for LIFE  and then all 3 sayings (the last one is great too, but about Friendship, so was not used here). I also added a few stamped flowers from Seed Packet Flowers set, but as the background was very textured the stamped is ... let's say not the first class one, but pretty good for art journal.

And for those who are not used to art journal format: you can't add 3d thing as the book  should be closed. So the only things we add are textures and mediums.

Canvas Corp DT introduction canvas

A few months ago I was asked to join a very big International team that will work with Canvas Corp products showcasing all of their brands : Canvas Corp, Tattered Angels and 7 Gypsies.
Due to a very large artists group , long shipping time and CHA in between we just were asked to make some small single projects and this 4*4'' canvas was our introduction to the team.
I made it my style: blues and reds, stamping over tissue paper, lots of texture and still pretty much flat one.
A lot of all brands were used over this tiny canvas and the only non CC product were this red ETI casted flower and black ink.
I hope  to make much more CC projects for the rest of the term and to inspire you with my creativity.

3D Kids crafts with IBS

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to my post made for Inspired by Stamping.
Today I made a 3d kids project and as small and easy as it looks, it's not so fast one to make.
I made drinking straw embellishments and used Create a  Cupcake delicious stamp set from Inspired by Stamping.

I just made 3 of those straws as it was a sample of straw embellishments. I don't have small kids anymore and as for my grand kids? They have great parents to embellish their parties. Thanks, but not anymore!
So if you do have time and love those embellishments- here is how it was done.
First I stamps each cup cake base twice and heat embossed it with clear powder.
Then I stamped each topping piece twice and heat embossed with colorful powders.
Each piece was hand cut and arranged into 3d embellishment. I added stamped bows, strawberries and one glass cherry on the top.
Each sentiment from Petite banners  set  was stamped and hand cut  and everything was glued to the straw.
And that's how it looks over white surface.

Lovely crafts Hop with Ann Butler and Clearsnap

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Today  our Ann Butler's DT girls are hopping together with Clearsnap DT to show you the very versatile Valentine projects made with Ann Butler's new Clearsnap products. Comment to each designer's post and you can win some gorgeous Clearsnap Ann Butler's products!
If you came from  Larissa's blog  you are on the right way.And if not- here is a full designer's list for you to follow

And this is my project made for the hop: Family Valentine canvas card size shaped that I call " Many hearts- one  love".

The background was made with Ann Butler's Waves Art Screen and a light texture paste. Then I made 2 handmade punched  hearts negatives and filled them both with more texture paste. Everything was heat embossed  with Clearsnap clear embossing powder and then inked over with Ann Butler's Berry and Canyon (pink and red) inks. As the " white space" was limited I just added a couple of stamp portions with Ann Butler's new Basic Backgrounds Basket stamp with red ink and the same clear embossing.

2 felt hearts were inked with Berry ink that works just perfect over non paper surfaces. Then I stamped  with Picnic Basic Background over  the couple of wooden hearts and added them over the two big ones.
This canvas was made as a Valentine for my son's family: 2 adults and 2 kids. I made the title with canvas letters and added a few white roses inked with Berry ink.

Some parts were highlighted with black ink over the texture to add the interest.
Hope you like my small Valentine present and now to your next stop: Vishu's blog

My sweet chocolate candy boy: add stamping to your pages

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome !
This is a day I post for Two Paper Divas and this time I decided to make a scrapbooking page.

I think that any single stamp can be used for scrapbooking too and here is a perfect example of this believe.
I made a page with my lovely grandson's photo eating chocolate and having fun. I added some pre- made  sweets stickers and then I stamped this big and delicious TPD Candy Jar and filled it
(stamped way) with chocolate painted Jelly Beans.

To make it more " crazy" I stamped " It's a candy kind of day" sentiment from Sweet Sentiments set and glued it over the jar and stickers.

Everything else were just patterned papers, punches, some paints and a very long title.
One more thing: you can scrapbook kids in adult colors! Yes, you can! Look how great this page looks with all those " adult" greens and chocolates.
