This is my new card made for Cornish Heritage Farms and this time we were challenged to make a card connected to our favorite childhood storybook.
A much as I tried, I didn't find anything in the digital section of the shop that I can use as my story book as most of the images are great, but not my childhood stories (I was born in Russia and grown- up in Israel and our books were much different after all). But then I had a blast: let's use those Wizard of Oz sticker I have and never used and let's make the background of yellow brick road with the real stamps I have.
So I make this stamped Trees backgrounder and made my own yellow brick road with Lined paper backgrounder that was stamped in this perpendicular way and then heat embossed and inked.
I really like this final result: out of a box card that I feel really connected with. I hope you like it too.

Very inspired, Irit! I, too, like your results! :o)
Great way to think Irit. Lovely card.
I LOVE your card Irit! I think you did a fantastic job on the "Challenge" which is was for me too. But I think that was the idea. We all need to flex our imagination once in a while. Hugs
