Thanks cards with CAS-ual Fridays

Hello my dear crafty friends!

Irit is here today and I am going to share two card made with the same Fri- die. The first one was made with the actual die cut. The second one was made with the negative piece that was left after the die cutting. So two card are totally different.

The first card is bright, warm and glittered all over.

I used glitter paste over red patterned cardstock to make the background . Then the stamped with CAS- usal Fridays Starlequin stamp piece was added on the top. 

The sentiment was die cut 5 times and arranged  as a chipboard with gold heat embossed top.

 There is no step by step photo tutorial for both cards, but I made a nice written step by step tutorial for you to see and to use. Just scroll to see them both.

Glimmer paste, enamel drops- Tonic Studios

Step by step: 1. Die cut 6*4.5'' black cardstock rectangle as your basic card. Die cut the second smaller light yellow layer and glue it over the basic layer.

2. Die cut Papericious patterned cardstock and cover it with glimmer paste over the stencil. Let it dry and glue it over the two previous layers.

3. Stamp CAS- ual Friday Starleon strip with VersaMark. Heat emboss with gold SNS embossing powder. Add Nuvo black and gold drops and glue the strip over the card.

4. Die cut Fri-die word Thanks (CAS- ual Fridays) several times. Heat emboss the upper layer and glue them one over another. Add the sentiment over the card as shown.

 As I said the second card was done with the negative left after first card die cutting. I just tried to die cut the word die on the corner for the future use.

So this card is totally different and simpler and maybe even a bit masculine.

I stamped some CAS- ual Fridays flowers with VersaMark and heat embossed them with white embossing powder and then partially covered with Fri- dies leaves made from the background green cardstock.The rest of the sentiment was stamped with a same stamp set sentiment.

Step by step: 1. Die cut 6*4.5'' black cardstock rectangle and die cut Fri- die word Thanks (CAS- ual Fridays ). Use the negative and glue it over light green cardstock rectangle.

2. Stamp CAS- ual Fridays Pretty Posies flowers and leaves using VersaMark and heat emboss with white embossing powder over your black card front.

3. Die cut two light green branches using CAS- ual Fridays dies and glue them over the stamped flowers.

4. Stamp You are terrific CAS- ual Fridays sentiment over the word thanks as shown.

5. Mist with white mist all over the card. Add a couple of pearls over the branche
