Congrats card with SNS

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Irit is here today and I am going to share my new fancy card made with new and gorgeous
Sparkle N' Sprinkle  new stamp set- Tulip Square.
This time I used the Tulip Squares stamps as is- squares stamped, hand cut and glued over Sticker paper . The purple glitter frame was made from the same sticker paper and added as another layer .
Congrats sentiment was stamped with another stamp set and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
Product list:
Tulip Square stamp set #894
Black pigmented ink
Cardstock- American Crafts
Zig Real Brush Markers
Sticker paper SNS
Dies- non branded
Pearls
Here are a couple of close- ups to this card:

And as always- a full step by step tutorial is HERE in my blog!

 Step by step tutorial:
1. Stamp the tulips with black pigmented ink and heat emboss with black detail embossing powder.

2.Color the stamped images with Zig markers as shown.

3.Die cut the basic purple card base and the sticker paper frames.

4.  Hand cut all four tulip squares and arrange them over the die cut sticker paper square. Sprinkle Diamond Dust glitter over the square to fill the gaps and to make the frame. Sprinkle Sugar Plum glitter over the thin sticker paper frame and glue it around the white one.

5. Stamp the sentiment  and heat emboss with white embossing powder. Make the sentiment spot and glue it over the card. Add a few purple pearls.
