Steampunk altered box

New Steampunk altered box made on a girlfriends crop and finished at home.
I used tons of chipboards (sorry, I can't even say  the brands I used as there are tons of those there, but I  am sure that the word Hope is from Creative Embellishments); all possible  mediums and paints were used here together with  mists.Metal pieces were added all around the piece and I added my initials (IS) that also mean " is" and it's like Dragongly is for Hope.
The hope point was to explore  this kind of Mixed Media that I was not too much familiar with and my dear friend Ola Khomenok was my mentor.

The colors look different from the top shot, but there are like on my upper piece.
This shop is just to show the whole project that is 8*8'' chipboard box.

I enter this altered piece to a few web challenges for July:
Mixed Media and Art- make your own background and letters
Thematic challenge for June

Beauty for Scrapki- wyzaniowo- They asked to make a project that we think is a Beauty and for me this Steampunk collage is full of Beauty

More than words- Explore and Arrows. I exlpored my dark side of Mixed Media crafting  and explored with collaged art that I don't usually make.

Altered embellishments- all piece were altered with paints, mediums, embossing powders, beads and much more.- for Mixed Media Monthly

Anything Steampunk for SanDee and amelle's Steampunk challenge
Things with wings for Country view challenges
Distress it for Simon Says Monday challenge
All square up- for Vintage Journey- the box is a square as you can see

Stunning cover! I like the fact that you challenged yourself to work with darker mediums for this challenge. We don't accept OTP projects in our challenge but your cover is 8 by 8 So that is what I am judging. Just remember in the future that we only accept layouts, journal pages and canvas' All the best from MTW! :)
