Hello my dear crafty friends! This is Irit from Rubber Dance International team here today and I made a very small tutorial that is all about recycling.
Most of us buy outfits. Outfits come with tags. Some of those tags are lovely and some are just tags with price and everything. So what about to make your own art tag from those useless ugly things? Here is my way to make this kind of art.
1. Use stencil and inks to add some color to the old book page.
2. Take two tags with good shape and cover them both with this stencilled paper using gel medium.
Trim the edges and ink them around.
3.Grab some stamps from Rubber Dance that you love and stamp over tissue paper with black permanent ink. I used the following stamps from Rubber Dance:
4. Stamp the word TOGETHER over the book page on the smaller tag. This time make direct stamping and not the tissue one.
5. Glue tissue stamped images over the larger circle tag as shown.
6.Connect both tags with the add- on of one wooden tag with the word " Happy" with tulle on the top. Add some color with a few rhinestones.
Your recycled beauty is done and can be added to any gift bag.
You can also win some great stamps as we offer you our Monthly challenge in the blog!
So enter your project ( you can use any products to win, but for the Top pick you do need to use Rubber Dance stamp) and maybe you can win some fantastic art stamps.
