Hello my dear crafty friends and Happy International Women Day!
As a young girl I , living in a former Soviet Union I loved this day for being maybe the only Holiday without any political propaganda. This was a day with tons of very expensive flowers and chocolates bought for the women in our lives and I was very sad when I came to Israel and this day was forgotten. Not any more! Today we do celebrate this day here and as my respect to women of the world I made this art page for you all to see.
There are 4 stamped women images on this page. If we go from left to upper and then to right and low one we can see the development of our strength.
First we cry; then we think; then we fight and then we calm down as now we got the power to make changes.
I made this saying that says pretty much everything. Yes, we are the world and we do have power to change it to the better one.
I used Stencilgirl stencils, VLVS stamps and DecoArt products to make the background.
All coloring was made with watercolors and I added some Tattered Angels mist as drops of blood over the page.
So I wish your a very Happy International Women day today and to have the power to change this world to a better one!
