Valentine card and envelope : Canvas Corp showcase

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Today our Canvas Corp Creative Crew is going to show  you dozens of Valentine cards made with CC envelopes, papers, embellishments and ... whatever. You got it: CANVAS CORP products are just perfect for those Valentine cards.
And here is my little contribution: a card and an envelope made for this crew challenge.

I used CC Kraft long envelope and a card and embellish both of them , but in this flat kind of card making, as if you really want to mail this card in this envelope you can't add more 3d embellishments and you sure can't do the envelope embellished with lots of layers.
So here something about this card and the envelope:
I inked the edges of both with black ink. The first inner layer was made with  E-Flute black speciality paper over the card and a small piece that left was added as a strip over the envelope.
The second card layer was made with Red on Kraft mini dot reverse cardstock. The same cardstock was used to die  cut  circles that were layered on the envelope and to die cut the doily with hearts over the envelope.
The next card layer was made with a piece of printed and hand cut Post card from Red and Ivory French Sayings layered over a piece of natural burlap.
2 same lace borders were die cut  from Black and Ivory French Script cardstock and added over both card and envelope.
The next layer over the card was this Lille tag that says " Beautiful" and I stamped " My inspiration" using My Art stamp set over the tag to fulfil the statement. A black die cut label  from E-Flute black paper was added over the envelope with 3d foam and covered with 3/4 of the same die cut doily, cut from the Black and Ivory French Script cardstock. The 1/4 was added on another side of my card.
The next layer was another label die cut made from the previous red dotted cardstock and the  die cut title
" Love you" was cut from the black cardstock and finished the card layers.
Over the envelope I added 2 die cut labels: the lower one from Black and White Mini Dot reverse  cardstock and the upper one is white as we need the space to write the address.
Then I added a few stamped circles with My Art circled stamp  around the die cut red ones over the envelope and the " stamped"  Created by me post sign, using the very same gorgeous stamp set.
A few white circles were stamped over the card and I added a few rhinestones to complete them both.

I invite you  you all to visit this gorgeous Valentine linking party post and to visit Canvas Corps shop!
You will find a lot of unique crafty treasures in CC shop!

Great card -- love all the embellishments. The red on the kraft card really pops and looks awesome!
