Crazy artful delight with Tando masks Blog Hop

Hello my dear Tando friends and welcome to our monthly blog hop, As you know each month our DT girls are showing you a theme or a product projects and this month it's all about Masks.
I am not so sure that you know all about our perfect Tando masks. They are versatile, made with hard plastic and can be used for drawing, heat embossing, molding pastes and mists. Just pick your favorite one and enjoy.
If you came from Katherine's   blog , you are on the right way. If not, just go to Tando blog and begin  this hop there.
And as always- we have goodies to give away. Follow us all, comment on each blog and I am sure you will like the prize you can  win.
So here are some of my masked with Tando masks projects.
The first one is this ATC.
I am still deeply in love with ATC: so here a new one made with Tando Creative mask and molding paste, lots of distress stains from Ranger, Tando embossed chipboard and Lily Bee  index cards  cut from the packaging (frugal and so sweet) and some washi tapes too (trendy and addictive).

And a few more projects using Tando masks.
The altered canvas with Circles mask all around.

Another use of the same mask with clear embossing ink and copper embossing powder.

Your next stop is Joanne
And remember- you mist follow us and comment in order to win some goodies.

And remember: you need to comment for a chance to win!

My Dad, His Music, Our Legacy lo

This week we are going to show you our use of journaling plates on Tando Creative blog and this is my project for this week.
This lo was made in Memory of my beloved father, who passed away last December. He was a well known Israeli composer  and this photo is so much him that I had to make a page about his music and our legacy he left us as a family.
I used Echo Park and Lily Bee papers, Tando creative chipboards,AC letters and some Tando ones, covered with embossing powder and Ebony Creative Inspirations Paint. I also used a lot of washi tape and TH tape pieces to put all papers and a photo together and to connect then on this lo.

And as for journaling spots: you can just use some letter stickers  for names, dates  etc. Also you can do much better and to write some real thoughts over this chipboard piece.

Small canvas with a lot of techniques

This project made Top 3 on Simon Syas Stamp and Show tape challenge.
This project was spotlighted on Anything but a card challenge
My new  Mixed Media piece: a very small canvas  with a lot of stamping, mediums and details.
This 4*4'' canvas and I used distress stains, Gelatos, Pitt pen (all gold), mask, molding paste, gesso, alcohol inks over metals to change this silver color of them, glitter and a lot of stamps. The Lady face is from Graphic 45 vintage set, also  one of clocks and some more stamps are from 7 Gypsies set. Stickers and metals are TH and flowers? They were Prima before I made them mine! In between a few washi tapes were added for the interest and a texture  and it's again about Life  being beautiful.

I enter this to Symon Says stamp and show " use tapes" challenge

"Very clean" Angel of mine

This new page is a fast and cute and made with Fancy Pants old supplies and this month challenge sketch page . I just have this Baby line and never used it and this challenge was a perfect for this fun photo of Omer The only technique here is some stamping and heat embossing (just look on the colors and dots of the photo - same same)

I made one big cluster near the photo, added  some washi tapes and inked and heat embossed this A2Z Scraplets chippie title.

Made for  Kerys Sharrock           colors challenge and  combined with Rochelle Spears        challenge too- 3 or more pp, misted title and stamping.
And I also entere this to Baby challenge for Paper girls.

Purple: color we love to hate

Not my favorite one too, but I made those 2 cards with the same basic cardstock and I think it looks pretty.
But the first one is going to be published in Scrapstreet magazine, so I can show one only for now.
Here it is: stamped background with IBS Doilies and some Epiphany Crafts goodies. The title is from Basic Grey.

Altered tin to use as a magnet

Sometimes I have this passion to alter a very small items and this mint tin is such an item. Hard to fit a lot of staff inside or outside, but I think I really like the final result of this Mixed Media piece.
This is a closed tin

I covered the lid with some tissue  recycled paper, then added some TH tissue tape, then covered with more tissue and then added some TH stickers and some 7 Gypsies tape over and a key. Then I  added some EYELET OUTLET brads, ART letters from AC Thickers covered it with ICE RESIN layer and then, when it was dry, I splashed a few " blood drops" with red paint. The title says that art is a wonderful lifetime adventure. And then I worked inside:
You can use this opened too.
I added those Imagine-Inspire and Timeless words over   for vision (light), writing (pen ) and time and covered it with a very think layer of Ice resin to keep all parts inside forever.
I enter this to Symon says stamp and show " use tape" challenge
I also enter this to Anything goes for Heck of a challenge

Happy Girl

My new and monochromatic page, made with Crate paper products and new A2Z  release chipboard. I also used some Washi tape  and some Favorite Findings buttons on this page, added some stain pink splashes and inked the edges around

Made for IAMDOE inspiration-kind of.

Grins and Giggles

This project was published  in SNR May 2012 issue
This is my most adorable grandson Omer again. Making his very first steps in this gorgeous spring field.

I used Echo Park The Happy day line for this page. made some  punching and die cutting, used those Epiphany Crafts scalloped epoxies and then stamped the flowers.
I think I am a stamp addict. I can't leave my lo without any stamping since I am on 3 stamp companies DT and I just have a lot of stamps I can use.

So those TRC flowers were stamped separately, heat embossed with Wow Suzy West embossing powders and then hand cut to make the branch.
It's a very flat and frugal page- no chipboards, pre- made flowers, ribbons of whatever expensive embellishments used here and still it's full of colors and life and gives  us this " outdoors" feeling.

Just me

This project was published in SNR May 2012 issue
This time a very delicate lo made with MME products,  old Best Creation chipboards I got when I was on there DT as my publication credits and they are perfect, some Maya Road zipper trim and a few Pink Paislee octagons. I don't really " feel" this octagon mania, but I used some as my template and just left 3 as is. But then, we need some new products to use, don't we? So I used this new May release from Inspired by Stamping Inspired Sentiments set, 4 of all stamps, on this page and their lovely flowers, sold in the SHOP, too.

And some close- ups over the stamped sentiments

Inspired by Stamping September final recap

Hello, my dear stamping friends! Today is our Inspired by Stamping final October release recap and also I was asked to make one project, I couldn't help myself to make another one.
So the first one was made with Halloween tags set (I told you already that I love Halloween even without be able to celebrate it?)
This project is this recycled clear box (didn't buy any treats yet). I covered it with black dotted washi tape, added our IBS new orange satin ribbon, some new in the shop leaves and flowers and stamped this fantastic sentiment over this stamp round tag. I was totally lazy to  make a die cut , so I just hand cut the circle and connected it with a safety pin.

I enter this piece to Really Reasonable Ribbon Fall with ribbon challenge

The last project for today was made with Fancy Sentiments stamp set again and this time I made a shabby multi layered card , adding new brown satin ribbon, some new roses and stamped LOVE YOU sentiment on a top. This card was a bit of a work as I dry embossed this pink cardstock, made a die cut lace, used lace and a lot of tags, but finally it's not so " fat".
I enter this card to Pretty Little Ribbon shop lace and pearls challenge

During September we also have a great Sale in the shop- up to 50% off selected items

So here we  go with projects!
The first stamp set I am going to show you is this funny and fantastic Pumpkins Faces one.
I am not this Halloween girl at all. We are Jewish and we don't celebrate Halloween in Israel, but I adore Halloween's colors and shapes and all funny things around, so I do craft for this holiday and just give all goodies as a gift. But... Sometimes I have good photos  made during this season  our of Israel and then I do scrap them and use all those Halloween goodies.
So this is my project today: my DD good friend's photo picking pumpkin during her USA vacation last year and those pumpkin face were just a perfect add- ons for this layout.

My second project was made with Halloween labels and this time I made a wall deco. I stamped masked collage with quite a few of those labels,  misted with some purple mist (the one I never use so  thanks for those Halloween colors I used a bit of it today). Then I used this stamped piece as a background for my chipboard frame, added some Tim Holtz die cuts and Inspired by Stamping new orange and black satin ribbons, fall leaves and some new flowers that will be in the shop in just two days.

My last project for today is a card I made with Fancy Sentiments set. I just love those sentiment set: all possible sayings on one single set. You just need it!! I need it!
So this time I made a clean and simple card using Inspired by Stamping favorite Elegant Doilies 1 set, stamped in white and clear embossed. Then I added those small doilies stamped in teal and covered with Epiphany Crafts epoxies. The " Thanks you" sentiment was stamped on the very same lavender cardstock and hand cut and I just covered it with Basic Grey transparent flag and added some bling.

So those were my projects and now you all are invited to our DT blogs to see other designers work.
Here are those blogs for today
Kim
Colleen
Joanna
Tomorrow we have another new release show and this time you are all invited to visit other blogs:
Kendra
Deb
Tammy
Joanna- OK, she is those stamps designer, so she shows you all stamp sets
Then in 2 days our stamp sets will be released and you are welcome to buy all of them or some and to add some tapes, ribbons and flowers too.
And then? We have our final recap for October release and I made another two projects to show you then.
Please, come back! See you then!

Sweet as always- our Tamar

This page was published in Scrap 365 UK print magazine August 2012 issue
Another lo with my adorable niece photo: this time in this minimalistic style with background stamping (TRC Grandma's Doilies and some homemade stamps with circles), all white heat embossed. The photo cluster was made with Crate products, same line and I stamped the journalling lines with TRC Background stamp, just a piece of it, masking all thing around.

I made a hand writing journaling , but added another stickers - Authentique Paper- journaling spot on the top. The chipboards are Best Creation and I added this leftover plastic circle from Tacky Tape with Baker's Twine over the photo. Some more hand stitching was added randomly over the page.

And finally those Epiphany Crafts circles- all 3 possible- small, big and scalloped were added.

My new page, made in clean style with a twist: one piece is a collaged chipboard embellishment piece that is a kind of journaling. Bo Bunny products with Tando Creative chipboards, Wow Embossing Powders over the chipboards and a title and a clock charm is fro Handmade Halo shop.
I made it with some fun interview journaling as this was Bo Bunny challenge and it was just a great fit for this page.

2011: Time to be lo

This is my new lo about year 2011: the best and the worst year I had  in my whole life.

2012 was a year that our family will remember for ever.
My first grandson Omer was born on 1/1/11 and then my beloved Dad passed away on December.

So I made this page about time and used The Rubber Cafe script stamp from Bible and a lot of stamped clocks .
The paper and tags are from Simple Stories; the chipboards and a mask from Tando Creative.
I made a title with Tando letters and some Lily Bee letter stickers and 2011 is a very old Pink Paislee chipboards (the best huge letters ever!)

Inspire in trandy ombre style

I think I like this new Ombre trend (same color tones from the light  to dark) and I love black and greys, so this card is really a card I am pleased with.

Only AC cardstock used, Sizzix embossing plate and die, some punches (4 of them), some lace and one delicious Handmade Halo resin flower in this  perfect grey color. The title was left as is and it's Handmade Halo too.

My Mixed Media jewelry

Long time before I became addicted to paper I was an addicted jewelry maker. I still have a lot of beads, strains, connectors etc. So when I got those Tando Creative jewelry chipboard's, I decided to move back in time and to make a wearable piece.

So I used Ice Resin  to cover the back of my chipboards to make them wearable. Then I covered the piece with gold embossing powder (WOW) and added a lot of Ice resin inside with copper micro beads and then covered it with another clear resin layer.

The flowers were added over the upper chipboard and I also added a golden tassel , some golden beads and a gold closure.
