I did this card for US# 35 sketch and it will be send to my friends in USA for Christmas. I used some great Graphic 45 pp and cut out tag with this huge ribbon and bling and added some vintage broken jewelry piece
And it's good for some challenges too:BEADS- for Cute card- I used this whole beaded item on the top
