All things altered Fall blog hop

Hello, our dear crafting friends! Thanks for joining us on this Fall All things altered blog hop.
My project today is  an altered piece of wood with a huge hole on the top I just found around and it became this art  " Life is beautiful" piece. I am not going to give the entire supply list as it's long as the American visa form (lol), but  I think this piece deserves some explanation. First  the chipboard title (A2Z) was painted, heat embossed with clear powder, stamped (7 Gypsies music stamp) with permanent solvent ink and adhered with a recycled and inked wooden stick into the base hole (hooray for it, it stands). This title says " It's  the liitle things..." so I decided to add " that make  life" and then the Glitz sticker over the base says  that this life is beautiful.

Ok, we move to the middle of this piece. This kids store plastic magnifying glass was painted with distress paint and then heat embossed with copper powder and glued on the top. This VivaLasVegastamps Dancing couple was stamped on transparency and glued on the glass back. Then I added Prima  flowers painted with some glittery paints. The wings were made by me using Tim Holtz metal wing as my template. I made a mold(as a dentist molds are free, at least...) and casted it with Ice Resin and added some glitter on the top of my cast. Long- long waiting time, lovely result.
The front wings are Tando Creative chipboards, painted, embossed, glittered and I added those word stickers over it. The " silver spoon"  we need to be born with, is 7 Gypsies one and I  just added a charm to it.
The owl of wisdom is from Handmade Halo shop  and that's it.

So this is my altered project for today.
I also enter this to Vintage stamping challenge - Anything goes

  24. Irit, I've said it before and I'll say it again -- I am loving this hop! Everyone is different so far and I like everything! I've also said this before -- I have [insert your altered item here] a wood block to work with. I'm guessing I'm starting to sound unbelievable, so I'll say I got the idea for it from Sherry Cheever (Walkin' on the Bad Side) and I even bought her kit to alter it with! So I love how stunning yours is! It gives me great inspiration!
