For you winter card

This card was publushed in Dec 2010 SNR ISSUE
I was in this shabby blue mood and this is a card I did in blues- a winter one in shabby style
I used the craft base from old pad- recycled one, Su cardstock punched and die cut, some vintage music paper. die cut snowflakes with glitter, buttons, 2 ribbons, stamped label, and recycled plastic circle from tacky tape overlapped with white satin ribbon
