This tag was published in August 2010 issue of SNR magazine
I was in this calm moodand still very much in love with my new bird die- so I decided to do a fancy tag that is all white (almost' just a bit of color needed here) and I think it is really springy- also without colors and without patterned paper at all.
The produsts: Tim Holtz die, AC cardstock,some trim, bling,lots of buttons, some jewelry items.
The techniques:die cutting, acrylic and crackle paint, glittering, dry embossing, stamping and heat embossing ( the little corner swirl), making my own charms , punching the lace, distressing, inking and making button flowers
And for the challenges :
Embossed on white for Sourful challenges
Distressing for Totally paper crafts
Nature for Pink elephant
Pick 3- die cuts- embossing- beads for Scrappy frogs
Challenging challenge- all white and my jewelry supplies I never use- for Crafty cardmakers
Pick 3- die cuts, dry embossing, leaves for Stamping vacation
Buttons for Craft
Stitching and buttons for Paper jewels

I love all of the detail you've really made an interesting white on white embossed piece. I've never used crackle paint...it creates a lovely effect.

This absolutely tops the list for you! LOVE this! Love the different shades of whites with just a touch of brown and green. Wonderful, wonderful tag and SO creative. Love that you put the wing OUT of the cage and the beads attached at the bottom. The scalloped border is terrific and the cascade of buttons is sensational! Love the chain. Perfect touch! Outstanding!
